How it works

1. I review what you have now: accounts, cards, current books
2. I set up or clean up QuickBooks and catch up missing months
3. Every month I reconcile the accounts and send you a report
4. At year-end the numbers are ready for your tax return, with no scramble

Common questions

Do I have to use QuickBooks?

QuickBooks Online is the easiest, but if you use something else, we'll see what works with it.

Can you catch up last year's books?

Yes. It's common before tax season: I rebuild the year from statements, categorize and reconcile it, so the return is based on real numbers.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of accounts and monthly transactions. I'll quote a price after looking at your statements.
