What we collect

Through the website form: your name, Telegram handle, email or phone, the service you select and your message. Technically: IP address and browser data in server logs, needed to run and protect the site.

In the tax calculator: the email and name you leave to open it, and your consent to emails. The numbers you enter are calculated in your browser and reach us only if you click “Send this to Oleg for a review”. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email or by replying to it.

With a request we also see how you first reached the site: the referring site or link and the first page you opened. This is kept in your browser for 30 days and reaches us only when you send a form. It shows us which content is useful.

Please don't send SSNs, ITINs, bank account numbers or document copies through the form. We request documents separately through a secure channel.

Why

To answer your request, prepare a quote and provide the service. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with services the site and our communication depend on: website hosting, and the email and Telegram services that deliver your request. And government authorities when the law requires it.

Payments for our services go through a secure Stripe page. Stripe processes your card or bank details; we never receive or store them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data you sent through the site. Email hello@tegfinancellc.com, use the form, or message us on Telegram @tegfinanceus.

Do Not Track

The site uses no advertising trackers and doesn't follow you across other sites, so Do Not Track signals don't change anything.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
